Don’t Chase Prospects-Attract Them To Your Business

Attraction Marketing

Most businesses are hung up on Google rankings, SEO and Websites they are missing out on one of the most effective ways to grow their business.

INBOUND MARKETING or ATTRACTION MARKETING

So what is it?

A technique for attracting prospects & customers to products and services via content marketing, marketing funnels, social media marketing, SEO and branding.

Inbound marketing provides information, an improved customer experience and builds trust by offering potential customers information they value via company sponsored content.

Compared with outbound marketing, inbound reverses the relationship between company and customer. In fact, while outbound marketing is going to push the product through various channels, inbound marketing creates awareness, attracts new customers with channels like blogs, social media, etc.

On average only 1% of prospects are ready to buy today so what about the other 99%. Inbound marketing should be designed to take the 99% on the BUYERS JOURNEY.

Let me give you an example: If you were in the market for a new car would you just go to the 1st dealership and buy the 1st car you see?

No you wouldn’t!

You would do your research, check out the features, colors, reviews,, take a test drive and several other steps before you buy. So why do you think your customers are any different.

That’s why we specialize in attracting and converting the 99% of prospects that want to know more before they make a purchase.

Marketing Funnels

So what’s a marketing funnel?

It can be a simple as a two step process a landing page for free information and a thank you page.

OR

As complicated as a sales funnel with multiple steps, offers, up sells, down sells and order bumps.

OR

A quiz/survey funnel where the prospect can be guided to detailed information about their specific pain point.

Other types of marketing funnels include:

Webinar

Auto webinar

Membership

The sole purpose is to attract the prospect and give them high value content in exchange for some information.

Once they have signed up for the information your business  can then market to them via a drip campaign, more about theses later.

Landing Pages

In online marketing , a landing page, sometimes known as a “lead capture page”, “static page”, or a “destination page”, is a single web page that appears in response to clicking on a search engine optimized link search result, marketing promotion, marketing email, or an online advert. The landing page will usually display directed sales copy that is a logical extension of the advertisement, search result or link.

The general goal of a landing page is to convert site visitors into sales or leads. If the goal is to obtain a lead, the landing page will include some method for the visitor to get into contact with the company, usually a phone number, or an inquiry form. If a sale is required, the landing page will usually have a link for the visitor to click, which will then send them to a shopping cart or a checkout area.

The 4 things every landing page must have…

Headline – this is your interrupt and is the one thing that is going to stop them in their tracks and want to know more. It needs to talk about what is keeping them up at night.

Sub Headline – this should be your solution to their pain point.

Video or Image – During the extensive split testing we have done video converts at a much higher rate, but keep it short and powerful.

CTA – Call To Action, don’t use the generic BUY NOW, try and be a little creative.

Links to your privacy policy and terms of use are a must have.

Also it is a great idea to have a way for prospects to connect so think about including your phone number, email, physical address plus live chat can increase conversions in sales funnels by about 50%.

Drip Campaigns

This is a communication strategy that sends, or “drips,” a pre-written set of messages to customers or prospects over time. These messages often take the form of emails, although other media such as messenger bots, texts and auto voice mails can also be used. Drip campaigns follow a pre-determined course;  the messages are dripped in a series applicable to a specific behavior or status of the prospect. This process should be fully automated.

Drip campaigns are the real secrets of successful marketing.

They have a purpose:

To take you prospects on a journey from prospect to client or customer otherwise known as the BUYERS JOURNEY.

One of the most powerful yet affordable platform for this is Keap by Infusionsoft.

Social Media Marketing

Social Media Marketing

Social media marketing is the use of various platforms to promote a product or service. Most social media platforms have built-in data analytics tools, which enable you to track the progress, success, and engagement of ad campaigns. Businesses address a range of stakeholders through social media marketing, including current and potential customers, current and potential employees. On a strategic level, social media marketing includes the management of a marketing campaign, governance, setting the scope (e.g. more active or passive use) and the establishment of a desired social media “culture” and “tone.”

When using social media marketing, businesses can allow customers and Internet users to post user generated content (e.g., online comments, product reviews, etc.), also known as “earned media,” rather than use marketer-prepared advertising copy.

Developing an online Social Media  Business profile is a great way to promote the awareness of your business, products and services.

The  best platforms for business are:

  1. LinkedIn
  2. Facebook
  3. Instagram

Always choose the right Social Media Platform – Not every platform is the best for your business.
